Barrister bookcases are great because they give you a way to store your books in an elegant manner. The other type of bookcase is the ladder bookcase. These are more decorative in nature because of the way that they are designed. Instead of the usual case structure, these come in a ladder structure. Most of the ones that you will find will have enough room to store a couple of dozens books so if you’re looking for something to store a ton of books, these probably aren’t the best choice. They come in different sizes as well as colors as well. If you have light colored furniture, a white ladder bookcase would go nice with your furniture.
