Our soccer team has really had a rough time finding a good place to store their soccer equipment and other valuables between games and especially between seasons. We also had the same issue with our Football team since they require a larger space to store the helmets, pads, extra pounding equipment and more. Needless to say, at the beginning of Summer we were in desperate need to secure a place to store all our sports equipment for the local community sports and our one high school sports program. We didn’t know about metal carports or metal buildings, now we do, and now we’re happy.
A Metal Carport to Save the Day
We had many offers from other sports fanatics in our county, some sporting goods stores were offering their space but non of it was able to meet our needs and expectations, but all were appreciated. We finally came to a decision to purchase a good solid metal carport for the entire communities sporting goods storage. We were able to customize the carport (metal building) to our exact needs, height, width, and length. We were even able to match our high school colors pretty close, allowing our school painters to come in and throw up a logo on our new metal sporting storage building.
Affordable and Lasting Metal Buildings
The building has lasted two years now. It’s been absolutely great for all our sporting good storage. We even store the Zamboni for the ice ring, alongside the hockey equipment. We’re now getting ready to push this on other school communities and school districts, directly to their sporting program directors. Our soccer team, the football team, the hockey team, and other sporting teams (both in our community and at our schools) are all enjoying a great way to store their sports equipment, goals, and much more. They’re all protected from the weather and we’re all so grateful for the new steel building with our school spirit on the side.
