  1. Do weights training. In order to make you look long and lean, you need to tone your muscles. All you have to do is to work out all your muscles from neck down to your ankles. To ensure that you are not going to get injuries, stretch your body well first and make sure you have warmed up before doing some weight training exercises. Aside from that, do not tone a particular muscle area in consecutive days, you need to make it rest for at least 24 hours so that it won’t get stressed out. Always remember that resting helps in the formation of your muscle.

If you worry that you’ll get bulky, all you have to do is stop. Concentrate in other exercises such as running, or jogging.

  1. Cardio Workout. Cardio exercise is one of the best techniques to burn fat easily. One way of checking that you are already burning fat is when your toned muscles are getting visible.
  2. Protein intake. Eat enough protein as this helps in muscle building. Foods that are rich in protein include lean meat, eggs, fish, tofu, and protein shakes.
