The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible - Arthur C. Clarke
The Finder application is like the shell of operating systems of other computers. Network volumes, files, disks, process launching and application management in a Mac OS X is handled by the Finder. It works as a default operating program to ensure that your system is working properly and you are able to access vital data. That is why having your Finder application work in good shape is crucial.
If it does not start and begins to show signs of degeneration then you are in fear of loss of probably vital data you may have saved. When data loss is involved, you will have no choice but to call for help in the form of Mac data recovery especially in cases wherein you do not have a backup prepared.
Once the Finder application has been corrupted, you may never complete the start up process of your Mac OS X and you may see the below message appear:
“Finder could not start because ‘DragLib-SetDragImage’ could not be loaded.”
The above message signals that you are not going to be allowed to have access to the hard drive and you cannot log into the system. This is when you’ll need Mac Help to fix your Apple computer. You will have to find for the root or the problem by undergoing a MacFile Recovery.
There are several possible grounds for the above issue mentioned. First, this may occur if the Finder application in use is damaged has extensions which are not compatible or you may have an unforeseen shutdown of your system or even possibly a virus infection.
But these issues can be fixed through the use of a Software Restore disk. You will simply have to insert the software disk and press the C key to boot start your system and open your hard drive. Locate the DragLib in your systems folder and throw them into trash. Click on the hard drive icon, go to the control panel and start to reboot your system.
